It’s finally coming back in 2034 to the Olympics.
Teams from around the world will come to Utah for the Olympics and Paralympics including youth activities. Athletes are learning and training at our 2002 legacy venues like the Utah Olympic oval right now. According to the head of communications and marketing at the Kearns Olympic oval, Brenna Smith,” The Olympic and paralympic games will use 13 existing venues from the 2002 games and a single temporary venue along the Wasatch front and back in Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, Ogden and Midway. The games footprint will include all venues within a 60-minute drive from the Olympic village at the University of Utah.”
The Olympic games are scheduled to be held from February 10, 2034, through February 26,2034. The Paralympics are scheduled to be held on March 10 through March 19, 2034.
