On September 4, 2015 the Kearns Cougars went up against the Cottonwood Colts.  Both of these teams put a lot of effort out on the field on this day, but only one of them was able to leave the field as victors.  With a final score of 28(Kearns)-(Cottonwood)12.  The cougars were able to pull off another spectacular victory this week and stated by coach Garcia “ They played well, put a lot of effort into the game, and that they were going to work hard to keep there energy and mental toughness strong.”  Even when during the second quarter when some small conflict happened between both the teams.  He said “ Everyone’s a warrior out there and emotions got away, That’s where our team has to be the bigger team, to avoid those penalties.”  Both teams were able to pull it off and finish the game without anymore problems and were able to end it with a good time.  One of the goals that the Cougars have this year stated by Dominic Drew Solomon “ We have a goal to be undefeated.”  Hopefully they will be able to keep on pulling off victories, so they can be able to achieve this spectacular goal and accomplish it.  Go mighty Cougars!
