Are You A Good Leader?

Savannah Lundevall

Are you a leader?
Let’s start with what leadership is not…
Leadership has nothing to do with seniority. Leadership doesn’t automatically happen when someone reaches a certain age. One can be a leader to anyone anywhere any age.
If anyone is following true leaders, then they’ll have a lot to learn from them in order to become a better leader.
In order to be a good leader you need to be open minded and willing to put in hard work. But if you’re passionate about becoming a great leader then it’ll be an enjoyable time. Becoming a great leader doesn’t mean becoming perfect it’s more like understanding your imperfections and working through them.
An example of a good leader is Martin Luther King Jr., Martin Luther King Jr. believed in the use of peaceful demonstrations, acting with love and calm actions and tone. Born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia, He became 20th century America’s most compelling and effective civil rights leader. Martin Luther King Jr was successful leader into getting civil rights for African Americans.
Now no one is saying to be a good leader you have to make a civil rights movement but if you want to be a good leader, you can inspire someone to do something that they’re afraid to do or something they think that they can’t do.
